I'm no fan of Hummers, but the HIII is a small one that gets 20 mpg.

I don't see the relevance of the Jazzy motor wheelchair.

You're jumping to conclusions that are really unwarranted. It's someone with a small SUV and a motor wheelchair. Not something for which outrage is appropriate.

All we know for sure is the owner is a disabled vet who uses a wheelchair.
