Sarah Palin is in tonight's DWTS audience to support her daughter, Bristol (watch Bristol's grody routine from last week here). Tom Bergeron interviewed Palin a bit ago, and—just beforehand—the audience booed. Loudly! What gives? The video, inside.

In the meantime, even if you don't watch DWTS, do those of us who enjoy our cheesy Monday night entertainment a solid. Please go to ABC.com and send an e-mail to the effect you were under the impression this is a dance program, not a campaigning opportunity for a woman who's stated her intention of running for President in 2012.

ABC has featured two Republicans on DWTS. Maybe it's time to remind them that Democrats watch their program and will boycott their sponsors if they continue the blatant politicking.

scores for that other dancer. The live audience was not classless enough to boo Sarah Palin for existing. And I didn't find Bristol's first performance to be 'grody' either, what a weird thing to say.

14. Yes - not only did I hear it ,

I believe Palin herself heard it -- you can see it in her reaction when she shakes her head at the very beginning of cut to her. She shakes her head and mouths "I don't know why..." or words to those effect. Also - can you even IMAGINE Obama's daughters doing a tacky, explicit,trashy, and yes - lumpy - dance like Bristol's.
