After committing to ‘Net Neutrality’, Rep. Waxman pushes bill to kill it
Legislative text put forward by Rep. Henry Waxman (D-CA) under the banner of mandating network neutrality would instead prevent the government from requiring broadband providers to treat all Internet traffic equally.

This is the problem with the Democratic party, we have no idea what they stand for because they pull shit like this

3. The problem with waxman, then as now, is he was all talk and NO ACTION
unfortunately, now he is doing something that will hurt us, and I am not sure what we can do about it

6. These are the perplexing issues that leave me puzzling Mr Lincoln's remark . . .
Faced with duplicity from within our own ranks, confronted with the possibility that the modern "No, Nothing! Party" might ascend to power, I feel myself puzzled by the intellectual exercise of potentially preferring to emigrate to some other country that makes no pretense at respecting democracy, a land "where despotism can be taken pure, without the base alloy of hypocrisy."

7. Waxman has been on my "suspect" list ever since he helped the
Big Pharma people almost get away with stopping vitamin and mineral supplements. It took the efforts of the mass petitioning of the government to keep our right to have supplements.

With our bought and paid for approval of prescription drugs, people by the hundreds if not thousands every year. But let someone decide that Vitamin C could kill you if you take too much, and then the nonsense starts.

Waxman really makes a sham of the legislative process.
