NY/NJ piers shut down due to labor action

Del Monte Foods is gouging the union. NY/NJ ILA workers are striking in solidarity. This could have a huge impact on commerce if it goes on for very long. Untold thousands of containers pass through these ports every day.

I love organized labor. No, that's not sarcasm. Big hits in the wallet are the only way to stand up to corporations.
