I honestly could not bear another reign of republican arrogance and dumbass ignorance. There are |
|
not enough psychotropic drugs on the planet to get me through a republican takeover. For my own psych survival I will vote all Democratic. The alternative is not possible for me to survive. Word.

2. We are totally screwed if this happens. |

I wish people would look at the big picture. The amount of suffering the Republicans will cause is horrifying. Especially now that these far right teabag candidates have become "mainstream" Republicans.

3. Just think: after Neil Bush defrauded America, they still elected another Bush president! |
|
Neil Bush was a symbol of the first Republican banking crisis. It involved S&Ls. Recall that small-government Reagan decided to give our government more liability in banks. He raised the FDIC insurance from $10,000 to $100,000. (As if the average American needed that!) At the same time he allowed this banking industry to take greater risks. When all was said and done, he and Bush senior had to start another government agency to take care of all the failed S&L banks. Small government indeed! Neil Bush's bank, Silverado, gave a bunch of bad loans to their buddies who never repaid them. That bank alone cost US $1 billion! Yet after all that, America elected another Bush and we got an even worse bank crisis. And we got to bail out ANOTHER branch of the banking industry. See, what small-government Republicans can do for ya.

4. Actually, Neil loaned $3 mil to Jeb for a building that was worth |
|
$500,000. He only had to pay back the half mil. What happenend to the other $2.5 mil?
