I fully intend to "throw away" my vote on Democrats in every race. If there is no Democrat running, I won't vote that race.

7. I intend to vote for the "D" whenever I have the option. |
|
In some of our local races (town races) there is no identified party with the candidate, so I can't say for sure that everyone I vote for will be a Democrat.

I will vote for every Dem, the republicans have no intentions doing anything for the people. The repukes want to waste taxpayers dollars doing nothing except to impeach Obama and stop the government process.

14. Based on the outcome of our state primary, probably yes. |
|
Second CD? Absolutely yes. Had it been the other candidate, it would have been a severe strain.
Senate? Absolutely yes.
Governor? Well, he's not really a Democrat even though he runs on our party's line. We'll see; maybe I'll let all his Republican friends support him. (He's endorsed by the fellow who ran on the Republican line for the First CD last time; yeah, he's a Democrat alright.)
Governor's Council? Absolutely yes.
State Senate? Absolutely yes.
State House? Well, we could only fill two of three slots on the ballot, but they'll have my vote.
Sheriff? Registrar of Deeds? County Commissioner? We'll see but the Dems in these races would normally get my vote by default.

15. I absolutely will be voting for Democats in California |
|
First of all, I am voting for Citizen Brown over Queen Meg.
Most importantly, I am voting for Senator Boxer, and I would probably vote for her in any case, against Carly Fiorina ("American workers have no God-given right to their jobs"). Citizen Robespierre knew how to deal with people like her.

16. I will use my *patented* mid-term election strategy |
|
Vote for a Dem whenever there is a Dem in the race, and then vote for third-party when it is Pub vs. Green/Libertarian/etc.
That way you deny a larger "mandate" to Republicans so secure that a Dem won't even bother to run against them.

18. I also live in AZ and before that MS |
|
so I see how voter apathy can set up a nightmare. I saw the republicans reaction to Katrina first hand, I saw Jan Brewer put her corporate and political interest before what was right. Nope I will not refuse to vote and will vote Democratic because I know what not voting or voting republican can do.
