Accomplishments of the "Bubble-Headed Blonde"

James O'Keefe and his imbecile friends attempted to ambush CNN reporter Abbie Boudreau by luring her into a room full of sexually suggestive items, while having O'Keefe make lurid advances towards her, supposedly for the purpose of "exposing" CNN's use of "bubble-headed blonde" reporters, rather than "serious journalists" (like, presumably, pimp-costume wearing Mr. O'Keefe). Here are the accomplishments of "bubble-headed blonde" CNN journalist Abbie Boudreau:

- BA,Loyola University, Chicago
- Master's in Broadcast Journalism, Medill School of Journalism, Northwestern University (consistently ranked as one of the top journalism schools in the country)
- TWO regional Edward R. Murrow Awards
- FOUR regional Emmy awards for investigative reporting and writing
- Reporting first on Cooper tires, reporting that led to a Congressional investigation
- Finalist for the Livingston Award

So here we have a remarkably accomplished young women, who went through the standard (and difficult) ways of becoming a member of her profession, studying hard, making the grade, doing her time at small local stations in Iowa and Michigan and elsewhere, producing strong, award winning investigative journalism, and she is reduced, in the eyes of the utterly unqualified, juvenile, and threatening men, to a "bubble-headed blonde." Oh, and by the way, they then planned to corner her on a boat with a full-grown man acting in a sexually aggressive way, and surrounded by sex toys and pornography.

The plan was so despicable that the only women seemingly involved in the plot broke down immediately before its execution and warned Ms. Boudreau about the degrading and violent fate that awaited her if she was to board the boat with Mr. O'Keefe. This women was a confederate of Mr. O'Keefe and a staunch conservative, and the sexism of the plan was even too much for her to tolerate - even to the point of exposing her "friends" and employers!

This is the caliber of people the right wing hold up for celebration. Think about that before you post your next "I'm not voting" thread.

of the whistleblower, Izzy Santa:

When Boudreau arrived at the address, a house located on a tributary of the Patuxent River, Santa approached her with a tape recorder in her hand and said she wanted to talk in the car, Boudreau said.

"I noticed she had a little bit of dirt on her face, her lip was shaking, she seemed really uncomfortable and I asked her if she was OK," Boudreau said. "The first thing she basically said to me was, 'I'm not recording you, I'm not recording you. Are you recording me?' I said, 'No, I'm not recording you,' and she showed me her digital recorder and it was not recording."

I think we all know what happened here. Ms. Santa asked Mr. O'Keefe not to go through with it. Then she got the "dirt on her face." Then she ran out to warn the approaching Ms. Boudreau.

How'd she get that "dirt on her face?"

I think we all know how.

O'Keefe is an incompetent bum who is incapable of adding anything to the world, therefore, like the bullying little boy he is, he spends his time throwing temper tantrums and breaking everyone else's "toys."

This really is a despicable plot. Not to mention, it shows a very warped sexuality on the part of O'Keefe. That he thought this would be sexy, rather than repulsive suggests that he has had very few friendships with women, much less romances.
