he did actually say that the torturers were good people led astray

he was at WJ to talk about the Board being located in the W.H., yet oversighting the W.H., etc. don't remember how they got onto torture, but what he said raised my eyebrows.

4. agree - and are humans and domesticated cats the only species

on earth that torture? I've been trying to think of a specie, bird, fish, bug, mammal, etc. that tortures?

usually food is hunted, caught, eaten and/or stored. not toyed with and tortured?
