3. I second that - a POTUS who worked for the USA
unlike most of the unpatriotic corporate puppets that have worked their tail off to trash what was the greatest economic power, and a country with an envious working class and middle class.

Carter attempted to wean us from the Middle East and Arab oil and the establishment didn't care for that scenario. Carter was never a puppet and because of that the powers that be made sure he only got one term.

5. In my humble opinion
Jimmy Carter is the most underrated President of the 20th Century. He was a decent man, a better President than he was given credit for, and has lived an exemplary life since leaving office.
