although from the beginning it was difficult to not have plenty of doubts. I thought that his demeanor might be a good match for doing the tough things which needed to get done.

So today, I'm happy he's gone and it's time to move on. IMO he was not the best person for the job by any means but it is time to move on and get the real work done.
