I wish I had cached-American Contractors in Iraq . com is no more
the site had a huge amount of info on military and contractor deaths,injuries,mistreatment,issues.
I'm sure it was an accident.
I could access as recently as a week ago.

2. it was the only fairly accurate death numbers I could find...1354 last I checked
