Edited on Fri Oct-01-10 10:56 PM by Armstead
A right wing blowhard and airhead who disgraced himself and got fired from CNN with blogoted remarks while accusing a liberal (john Stewart) of being a bigot who dislikes anyone who is not a "white northeast liberal."

Roger Ailes is probably writing up the contract at Fux News as we speak.

2. He's not right wing, is he?
I would guess he's a moderate. He certainly seems to love spouting his own opinions, and while his opinions seem a little to the right of mine, from what I've seen his opinions are pretty mainstream.

He's just mad at John Stewart for making fun of him.

Sure, I think he's kind of an ass, but I think his main problem is that he overreacted at being the butt of Jon Stewart's jokes.

3. He's pretty right wing -- or maybe it's opportunistic
I remember some pretty right wing things he said while working at MSNBC in the bad old days of the early 2000's...

4. I never saw Rickas RW. I used to tune into his show often
because he was much better than the person who was on MSNBC at the time. Rick never came across as RW or biased on either side. I hoestly doubt FOX will hire him because he does followup questions when he interviews and as far as I could tell, tries to point out what he believes to be the truth. THAT is NOT FOX!

5. From what I remember, he doesn't qualify as a right winger
I highly doubt Fox is interested in him. I'll bet it's the other way around. He'd probably love to stay on the national radar and work for Fox, but I'd be pretty surprised if that happens.

6. FUX Noise will hire him after the election when they dump Glenn Beck.
That's my bet. :D
