3. CNN did have a picture up on their internet page
but I am sure they tried to get one were the least number of people were standing. I'd like to hear what they have to say and the estimate of the crowd. fox we know won't mention it at all. Since Beck has called it stupid,

4. Somewhat of an aside....
I just got back from Trader Joe's and a young man was in front of me with a tattoo 'Impending Doom' on his arm so I asked him if he felt his generation had a collective subconscious regarding this fate. Then he showed me his other arm and it said 'Restless Idealism.' He said they were a balance. So when I saw the 'Idealism,' I said, 'You should be in DC today.' By then he was checking out and there was another young man as the cashier. Both of them looked at me like I was nuts.

Neither of them knew anything about it. I asked if they ever read any news on the internet. "No, I don't want to know anything." I said something about if the electorate is not informed, how do you expect to have a democracy?

All I got was total blank stares. Is this everywhere? I'm in Ohio...is it any better anywhere else or am I simply doomed to being around nothing but idiots???

I mean if you're going to tattoo something about 'idealism,' wouldn't you be informed???? I was afraid to ask them if they intended to vote next month.

BTW, I don't think the guy knew what a collective subconscious was....he started packing up his groceries so fast, it was really something to see. I think I scared him. I should have said, 'BOO!' I did have my Halloween earrings on....they're scary, I guess.
