2. And where are all those reforms we heard so much about?

I thought Obama was going to be kicking their butts. Was that it? Has this pathetic bit we've seen so far been all we're going to get from him to rein in Wall Street? Are we now waiting for Elizabeth Warren to do everything that he said he was going to do through legislative reform? Does that mean legal reform of Wall Street is off the table?
