So what does it mean that when I click on my server's website it says, Hacked By IslamiC GhOst TeaM? There's a graphic of the grim reaper too.

And if they were hacked does that mean my computer was hacked?

2. It means that a group of hackers hacked into your server and defaced your website.

Your personal computer was probably not hacked, but I would recommend running spyware and anti-virus, just to make sure that the website didn't leave trojans or anything behind.

Hackers generally give themselves "cool" or relevant names. These guys are probably the Islamic equivalent of the 101st Chairborne Fighting Keyboardists. They're doing jihad while hanging out in their parents basement, getting freaky by eating pork rinds.

I see and fix this kind of problem all the time. Probably a file upload vulnerability in your software, they find it by automatic scan, then they upload a prebuilt script that gives them a control panel for your server through which they can do any mischief they like.
