I missed Real Time last night, due to some campaign travel, but I caught the repeat tonight. What a worm.

All I can think of, is him and that other idiot, Stephen Moore, from the Club for Growth, running a campaign together.

Yesterday the New York Post's Page Six column published a seamy account of the forty-something Fund's strange and stormy romance with twenty-something Morgan Pillsbury, quoting from a transcript of a tape-recorded 1999 phone conversation in which the sometime lovers discussed an abortion she underwent after becoming pregnant by him. Pillsbury is the daughter of former California Libertarian Party official Melinda Pillsbury-Foster, with whom Fund also had an intimate affair two decades ago.

Your description, typical delusional asshole chimp-licking fascist dickhead con-man! is accurate, IMHO. Morality is fluid for them. In short, there are the rules for the masses and then there is the hedonistic lifestyle they are entitled to live which are often contrary to their espoused beliefs.

2. I called into a radio show he was guesting on....

Fund was on a conservative radio talk show talking about the "voting machine conspiracy theories"

He was saying

that the e-voting thing was all a partisan issue, and that he didn't understand
that since even Joe Andrew, former Chairman of the National Democratic Party said
that paperless voting machines were perfectly safe!

I stopped at a nearby parking lot, called in with my cheapo cell phone.

The show took my call - and I asked Mr. Fund:

"Did you know that Joe Andrew was hired by Diebold Voting Systems to
tell people that their paperless machines were safe? That he is a paid
lobbyist for Diebold? That Maryland's Republican Governor is trying to
get rid of paperless Diebold machines?"

(That was when Ehrlich was gov of MD).

Anyway, Fund said he didn't know that.
