There's one topmost reason why NutMeg Witman won't win

I am still amazed she had the audacity to run for office! I remember quite clearly the news articles about her ouster from HP... the Ding Dongs passed out by the staff, and their singing of "Ding dong the wicked witch is dead!" Yeah, that smacks hard of likability!

The fact that she is buying the election with her own money really turns people off I think. It's like she really doesn't have a following that is willing to donate to her because she doesn't need it. She is not "one of us" if she has so much money that she can pay $120 million and lose and it doesn't really hurt her. If she were to win, how can she identify with the average Californian? How can they identify with her.

I think people don't like her.

He should run an ad thanking Nutmeg .. Thanking her for her infusion of 120 million into the economy, at a time when it needed it...and then telling us what 120 million would have bought, in the form of teacher-pay, nurses-pay, school repairs, etc...
Then some commentary that reminds us that the richest candidate does not necessarily have the best ideas, and that when people are THAT rich, sometimes they got that way by offshoring, laying people off and by undercutting employees pay..and maybe by hiring undocumented workers..


and then a simple voice over that says that california votes are not for sale..
