She’s me?
To be Christine O’Donnell, you'd have to think homosexuality was an “identity disorder.” You'd have to be anti-choice, anti-stem cells, but pro-outsourcing of American jobs. You'd have to want Creationism taught in public schools, but not sexual education. You'd have to want to expand offshore drilling but further de-regulate Wall Street.
Is that you? It certainly isn't me.
That's why this morning we launched a website, ChristineIsNotMe.com, to give folks the opportunity to tell Christine O'Donnell that she was not them.http://www.chriscoons.com/notme/There are 28 days until Election Day and I’d love it if we never had to talk about witchcraft again, but apparently it’s important enough that my opponent is leading off her first ad with it.
Like most here in Delaware, I’d much rather be talking about jobs, our economy, and improving access to health care and a college education. Not surprisingly, but disappointingly, her television ad talks about none of those issues.
I've laid out my plan for promoting job growth in Delaware and around the nation, so I am not Christine O'Donnell.
I've got experience managing a government and making tough budget choices, so I am not Christine O'Donnell.
And because I would rather see our country move progressively forward than regressively back, I am not Christine O'Donnell.
I hope you’ll take a moment to declare Christine O’Donnell is not you, either, and help me defeat her on Election Day.
