Sadly the word "token" has to be applied here. Mikey took over the RNC in the wake of President Obama's election and for a New York Minute the GOTB felt they needed to "blacken up" and try to refute the stinging charge they're the old white people's party. That ended when Rick Santille unleashed the Kochtapus and the party "came to its senses". Ever since Mickey's become more and more irrelevant...a joke even within rushpublican circles.
