Back when I was in politics, I would represent the party at a lot of charitable events. |

One in particular is worth noting.
It was a fundraiser to help African-America student with expenses while attending Cleveland State Law School, a worthy cause.
I was sitting at a table and several people were all excited because, we were told, another landmarked racial barrier was about to broken.
You might recall that one of the largest Sports Agencies in the Free world at the time, McCormack, was head quartered here in Cleveland.
The Announcement that was a landmark in racial relations in this country was about to be revealed.
The barrier that was falling was this, one of the honorees was the first African American sports agent to represent an eastern european female tennis player.
I just looked at MrsWCGreen and said, somewhere Martin Luther King is smiling...
