Jan Crawford, CBS: Alito Emerges as Supreme Court Rock Star (and "a one-justice Delta Force")
Edited on Wed Oct-06-10 06:31 PM by usregimechange
1. Justice Alito has emerged as the Court's most insightful and strategic questioner at argument.

Today's session was a tour de force. He laid bare weaknesses in the protesters' case with savvy hypothetical questions that exposed potential dangers in adopting their arguments. He's like a one-justice Delta Force: He's so quiet and low-key while he drawing in the lawyers with his questions that he manages to plant several bombs before they even realize he's on the attack.

My response:

Alito is a "rock star" and "a one-justice Delta Force" and Scalia is at fault for interrupting his brilliance. Why? He can ask a hypothetical question! What if the speech was directed toward someone who is old? What if they have an injured cat? What if Jan Crawford is not so secretly a conservative rock star "journalist?"

1. Did Alito light up a cigarette after he got that BJ?
I can't read shit like that without getting angry. So I've pretty much given up on anything put out by the liberal media.

2. Is this the Supreme Court or a reality TV show?
Based on this article, I have a hard time telling the difference.

3. Comparing Alito to Delta Force? Why is he overrated and get shellacked doing his job, too?
'Cuz Delta has taken some real beatings in its short and storied history...

And by the way, lamestream media, it's "Special Forces Operatiobnal Detachement Delta", or just "Delta", if you will. Saying Delta Force just exposes you as complete ignoramuses about the military.

6. I've gotten the same vibes you apparently have from Jan Crawford
I wish she would be more of a journalist/legal analyst, and less of a cheerleader.
