1. That's only for "leftist" groups...you know, the whiners and sulkers,

who are really the dangerous ones, unlike all those armed RW groups running around the woods practicing to take their country back.

2. Some states, including Arkansas and Oklahoma, have enacted laws requiring funeral protesters to be a

certain distance from the actual site of the funeral. However, a federal court did strike down the Missouri law requiring them to be 300 feet away and barring them for 1 hour before and after and during the actual event.

Yesterday, this happened at the Supreme Court hearing.

"Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg noted that state and local governments had enacted laws creating content-neutral buffer zones around funerals. She suggested that those sorts of laws were a better response to protests than allowing private-injury suits."
