Gary Wolfe, a longtime 9NEWS photojournalist, died at his Fort Collins home Wednesday night. He was 56.
Gary worked in the 9NEWS Northern Information Center for 14 years. He spent a bulk of that time partnered with his brother, Roger Wolfe, who retired four years ago.
"I was pleased and proud to watch my little brother grow into a man of good character and good humor - integrity and talent - a gentle spirit with a kind heart," Roger said. "I was privileged to be his brother and grateful to be his friend."
After his brother's retirement in 2006, Gary took on a new partner, Adam Chodak. The two worked side by side for more than three years. Their reporting of the Windsor Tornado earned the duo a regional Emmy. http://www.9news.com/news/article.aspx?storyid=156916&catid=188i had the pleasure of working with gary for about three years. he was a kind man with a great smile and a damn fine photojournalist.
