Whistleblower: Forged mass notary signatures revealed in foreclosure mill deposition.
Edited on Thu Oct-07-10 04:05 PM by dixiegrrrrl
THAT's why the bill about notary signatures was rushed to the Presidents desk.

One of the clerks at the foreclosure mill of David Stern has testified that staff had bunches of notary stamps,
NO ONE was a notary, no signatures were notarized and foreclosure papers were created AFTER the fact.

Hell of a read.

http://4closurefraud.org/2010/10/07/exclusive-bombshell-of-foreclosure-fraud-full-deposition-of-tammie-lou-kapusta-law-office-of-david-j-stern/

Added:

Also in the depositon:

Process servers collected fees for foreclosure notices they did not did not serve;
Off shore workers in Guam and Phillipines were preparing some of the foreclosure paperwork;
military member's names were used for other people's names on the foreclosures
( major crime, that)

God, goes on and on...

sickening and enlightening at the same time.
MASSIVE fraud.

7. And "they" were worried that "we" would commit anarchy.
My god. The entire mortgage process AND foreclosure process is a massive fraud.
And do you know who owns most of the mortgages now?
Fannie Mae and Feddie Mac, ie: the government owns them.
And the which were created out of them were sold to international and US investors.
Said bonds now have ZERO valid value because of the tainted process of the mortgages they are based on.

No wonder the banks are quaking in their golden boots, and Turbo Timmy is suddenly concerned about the economy.
the underlying fraud of the banks is being revealed.

We shall very soon find out if Obama is indeed owned by the banks.

6. Another good article:
"Foreclosuregate and Obama's "Pocket Veto"

from truthout:

"By most reports, it would appear that the voluntary suspension of foreclosures is underway to review simple, careless, procedural errors - errors which the conscientious banks are hastening to correct. Even Gretchen Morgenson in The New York Times characterizes the problem as "flawed paperwork."

"However, those errors go far deeper than mere sloppiness; they are concealing a massive fraud. They cannot be corrected with legitimate paperwork, and that was the reason the servicers had to hire "foreclosure mills" to fabricate the documents. These errors involve perjury and forgery - fabricating documents that never existed and swearing to the accuracy of facts not known."

8. Gotta keep this kicked. If anyone is wondering why the recent "banking bill" was able to get
through so quickly and so quietly, this is the reason. Ubiquitous fraud throughout the entire real estate industry, from sales people, appraisers, lenders, mortgage/title insurance, loan processing and servicing companies, everybody, has effectively rendered the financial system null and void.

Every bank, zombie or living, big or small, FDIC or credit union, hold real estate loans as the primary foundation for their reserve requirement. If they are required to prove that they in fact have the assets they claim, they simply can't do it, and proving that you hold a note is essential to collecting that note. Now, as more and more people with means are being foreclosed upon, the courts are being flooded with attorneys and their clients demanding proof of the debt.

Think about that for a minute...

I'll wait.

15. I'm getting some cash
handy so when the Bank Holidays come, I'll be able to survive, maybe. I've started collecting canned foods...stocking up on basic items.

This corruption in nearing an abyss. This corrupted-Capitalism will fall and fall hard.

And when we come out of this....maybe the paradigm will be cooperative....business cooperatives would be very cool and very local.

22. If the Stuxnet
puts the grid to sleep, the talking heads will be yakking to themselves in the mirror. Or if the economy truly collapses and the banks are on holiday....the talking heads will be in their gated communities hiding.

25. You DO see a bank holiday coming, yes?
I thought I was the only one.
It is being mentioned more and more at various sites.

Hint: when you get that cash together, have a huge container of coins and have lots of 1.00 bills.
Store's ability to make change will be limited.

Recent example of need for cash:

Few weeks ago, our entire county's computers went down from accidental break of the ONE buried line.
NO ATM's, NO store card swipe machines, Bank CLOSED the doors and would only allow drive up bank deposits
(it was a Friday,check day).
The grocery store parking lots were all but deserted within hours, so I went shopping, something I usually do not do on a Friday. With cash. Paid the bill to the penny.

12. I especially like the part where she names the "rocket docket" courts in Fla.
and says the judges granted foreclosure off a single page of information handed to him by the foreclosure mill lawyers.

Notarize This: The Brewing Foreclosure Storm

http://www.sos.state.oh.us/SOS/PressReleases/2010/20100930.aspx
REFERRAL OF CHASE HOME MORTGAGE AND MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. TO FEDERAL PROSECUTOR: Secretary Brunner, in two letters dated Aug. 11, 2010 and Sept. 1, 2010, referred matters of alleged notary abuse in thousands of home mortgage foreclosures by Chase Home Mortgage and the Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. to U.S. District Attorney Steven Dettelbach in Cleveland. Citing two depositions, (one & two) of Chase employee Beth Cottrell, taken in Columbus in May of 2010, and a deposition of MERS Secretary and Treasurer, William Hultman taken in New Jersey in April of 2010. These depositions contain sworn testimony that at Chase Home Mortgage, 18,000 documents per month are executed and notarized per month by eight people, with admissions that:

1. it is the notary and not the document signer who gives an oath who fills in numbers in the affidavits used in court ordered foreclosures,
2. no oath is administered for the signing of each document,
3. notarized documents are not verified by the person signing and giving oath that they have personal knowledge of the contents of the documents, but rather, signers are relying on verification by others,
4. documents are signed in bulk and notarized in bulk separately,
5. notaries know this at the time they notarize documents in this process.
