He's a brilliant scientist and knows that the signal travels at the speed of light, so there can't possibly be a 1.5 second delay from the satellite link.

He talked constantly and never listened to even half of a question before jumping in and complaining. Then later, he complained that he couldn't get a word in.

Wow! It appeared that he was angry before Rachel even spoke. I can't think that he did himself any good, as he came across quite poorly. It was difficult to watch, yet I couldn't turn away. He should have "just said no" to this appearance, as he sounded very rude and defensive.
