Federal judge in Michigan ruled mandatory health care IS legal.

One that only cares about the bottom line and not your own health?

2. Norm explained with the judges narogatory that IF the purchase of
health ins. from private companies was not mandatory, the healthy would not buy it UNTIL they became ill and THEM buy it was they would know it would always be available and that makes it constitutional under the interstate commerce laws.

Norm did say there are outstanding cases in Va. & Fl. on the same issue.

...there was a public insurance option that people could purchase if they didn't trust any of the insurance companies.

5. Of course that's true, but there isn't one NOW, and the judge must deal
with existing law.

8. False argument. There are alternatives. Buy or rent.
The alternative to no health ins. for a sick person is death or we all have to pay for their care.
