Instead of spending resources fighting against libertarian policies maybe we should spend our resources bailing libertarians out from their failed policies.

2. There seem to be quite a few on DU who think exactly that..
Although, to be fair, some libertarians are not so bad, like the Dalai Lama for instance..

5. Real libertarians don't want charity
Real libertarians accept that the Invisible Hand has written "Loser" on their foreheads.

6. Yeah, that's called civilization
And quite often that's the exact sort of thing that makes people realize what fools they have been.

Oh, and bailing people out when their own policies fail is exactly why we have social services in the first place.

three hots and a cot while they learn the truth. I think FEMA has some all ready to go, or that's what I've heard.

They'll have to learn something other than LINUX if they're going to fit in, after all.

8. IF and when they admit their policies are the source of their problems and change them
I did not create the situation HE DID. I am not responsible for his position HE IS.
If you don't like it that I do not mind when his position's bites him in his ass you can bite mine.

9. Maybe progressives could bundle together libertarians mortgages and
sell them and the insurance against to big banks. That may work.
