"If "whore" is the wrong word for that, is "hypocrite" the right one? You be the judge." |

whore (hôr, hr) n. 1. A prostitute. 2. A person considered sexually promiscuous. 3. A person considered as having compromised principles for personal gain. intr.v. whored, whor·ing, whores 1. To associate or have sexual relations with prostitutes or a prostitute. 2. To accept payment in exchange for sexual relations. 3. To compromise one's principles for personal gain.
so is prostitute: 1. One who solicits and accepts payment for sex acts. 2. One who sells one's abilities, talent, or name for an unworthy purpose.
certainly Ms. Whitman fits definition number three; alas, definition number one is definitely more commonly a slur against women

2. Problem is 'whore' in an anti-capitalist sense perfectly describes her |
|
in a pro-capitalist sense, being a whore isn't (or at least shouldn't) be that bad

No no, no excuses - "alter this, should have phrased it that" -
With so many clear cut issue advantages Brown enjoys over her why reach for the gutter? Is it the pressures of the race? Long hours? Just don't. Not necessary for victory.
