Final deadline approaches for stoplossed vets

I put that first because that's the important bit.

Anyone who was stoplossed after 9/11/2001 is eligible for payments. Thank God a Democratic Congress finally passed that.

If you or someone you know was stoplossed after 9/11/2001, they are due these payments. Have them download, fill out, and fax in form DD 2944.

There are literally 9 days left to do this. Forever. Only 20% of eligible Iraq/Afghanistan vets have returned this form (look, we're 20-somethings. We move a lot and we're in debt. We're hard to find).

Please, please, PLEASE find any Iraq/Afghanistan vets you know (particularly from the early days of the war; Stoploss essentially ended in 2004) and ask them to determine their eligibility..
