This is crunch time .Forget the polls. GOTV for all you are worth.
Forget what differences we may have and GOTV. Forget Obama. He isn't on the ballot and don't let others put him there. Forget 2012. Just get the Democrats elected NOW. Work your local races. Those are the ones that count.Do not waste time and please write your local papers in support. There aren't enough Democratic bloggers and when our candidates are googled, more often then not , the lies appear and by the same conservative bagger types.Get to work .The government we save will be our own

working here in GA we stand a good chance of taking back the Governors Post. It is rough go for the rest, but it ain't over till the last vote is counted.

I've been forwarding fundraising emails to everyone on my email list including some who have way more people in their address books than I do. We need to make people aware of fundraising outlets, ie, DNC, OFA, DSCC, DCCC, and others you may know about. We also have to spread gotv info, as well as early voting dates and locations.

If you don't have a great deal of time to volunteer, then use the net to raise awareness. We need this type of info to go viral.

13. If nothing else, focus on the local races and issues.
Here in Colorado, we have 60, 61 and 101. Amendment 60 would eliminate 50% of all property taxes. !! WTF? Like the state could even function? Sheesh. It's crazyville here.

16. Many of those who don't intend to vote do not fully realize that the
alternative is the first definitive step to have corporations take our country over,
and turn it into a dictatorship. There never was a time when a mid-term election
had been as serious as this one. Vote! Vote! Vote!

17. Want me to get..
.. get "enthusiastic" and work to GOTV again?

Really?

And precisely what is it that I'm supposed to be "enthusiastic" about? My ever declining opportunity to have a meaningful, rewarding job that pays me a livable wage? My income dropping to zero since February and my representatives and my President giving exactly zero attention to doing something about it? Or maybe I should be "enthusiastic" about the very people I worked so hard to put in office calling me a "whiner" for having the audacity to hope that they would find time in their busy schedule of corporate ass kissing to address the problems of us not-so-important-to-them mere average Joes, like me.

Want excited and "enthusiastic"?????????

Get me a fucking JOB. And no, the "but, but, but... it's getting better" meme, isn't cutting it.

Oh, I'll vote alright, and it won't be for Regressives. But until something is done to keep me and mine from going under, that's it.
