1. In seriousness - no, because of the 183 waterboardings, and because the "plots" and "plans"

just sound like a delusion of grandeur to blow up every major building and assassinate many major figures in the world.

They couldn't pull off a fraction of these.

And what about Omar Khadr? That young man has been victimized by his family, the US military and the Canadian government.....for being in the wrong place and the wrong time, mostly.
