Meg Whitman's campaign bus is registered in Tennessee (pics)
Photos taken today (not by me) along U.S. 101 in California.

As the photographer says: "Why does her campaign bus have Tennessee plates? Aren't there bus charter companies in the state for which Meg is running for highest office. Does she practice what she preaches, namely her platform of creating jobs? ... Details matter, Meg."

6. Surely an actual media person would have seen this long ago
Yet nobody's ever reported it? I know; I shouldn't be shocked.

7. And? It's probably a rental.
A lot of rental companies have vehicles registered in a bunch of different states.

8. Texas bus rental companies are probably peeved that
Edited on Mon Oct-11-10 09:14 AM by saltpoint
she rented from Tennessee.

They had reason to believe Meg loved them best.

Turns out she's been two-timing them for a Tennessee rental company.

Unrequited bus rental is a highly explosive and hurtful circumstance.

What a tangled web we weave, ladies and gentlemen.

9. Now that's funny!
Where would you rather be, Meg: Texas or Tennessee? California wants to know.

12. With either choice, if she loses the governor's race,
she's well-positioned to record a country & western album...
