What Happens If 'None Of The Above' Wins In Nevada? |
|
Reid is hugely unpopular, Angle would be a hideous choice, Sandoval doesn't have a chance which leaves the 4th option. What happens then, no one takes the seat?

1. It won't. Reid or Angle will get at least a plurality |

Not one single poll has even hinted at any other outcome.

2. Sandoval isn't running for Senate... |
|
...he's the GOP Governor candidate, for which there's a Democratic opponent (Harry's son Rory).
That being the case, there is apparently no consequence to "None of the Above" coming in first. The actual candidate with the most votes wins. Conservatives are worried that NOTA votes will draw off support that would otherwise go to Angle.
