In that case he would have been on the correct side. The confederate soldier is behind him and to the right. I have particiapted in reenactments here in NC as part of the Union army before as well. It was fun in my opinion to try to be as authentic as possible.

But that would be a pretty interesting negative ad, I do have to admit.
