Now I'm hearing employers won't hire until they see the implications of the bill. If true this means high unemployment til 2013.

... the economy is rife with fraud and theft and no sane man would put his money out there to be stolen at this time.
We need to fix (replace, really) the banking system before things will start to come back to normal.
