sounds fair to me. BTW, which do you think would look
better as a ceiling treatment in my yacht: teak or clear
heart redwood?

3 per apartment, a little under $300/mo. rent. Some regions more, some less.

If cheaper rent needed Feds shd build the housing. Hire the jobless. WPA.

With talk like that.

By the way I think your idea could be accomplished with two things, reasonable progressive taxation and Democratic leadership, possibly ending homelessness or at least making an honest attempt to.

Unfortunately we have only pale comparisons of both in this lovely new modern age of the party.
