As my husband likes to remind me... I have that special touch of insanity.

And to those guys, the shift super, that's what leaders do. The rescue workers, that's what we do...most of the time out of sight and out of mind.

Thank a firefighter. Most I know would if they were trained for that task, in a New York second.
