Eliminate Income Taxes

One exception: an income deduction for the new Social Security Savings Account.

The only federal taxes remaining would be based on consumption and uses.

Use 10 tons of coal? Pay a 10 ton tax.

Use 500 miles of highway? Pay a 500 mile tax.

Use the Afghanistan war? Pay a war tax.
