6. LOL....honestly, I'm not sure |
|
There seem to be a lot of right-wingers in the audience because there was a decent amount of applause (too much for my liking) when he was bloviating about most Americans being against the mosque and not wanting it there because "muslims killed Americans on 9/11."
Barbara was upset and said something when they left that that should NEVER happen. I think she was pissed with Joy and Whoopi.
They just came back on the set because he apologized.
I'm not watching any more and just saw that one exchange.

They always talk over one another so I miss 80% of what is being said. :eyes:
But Whoopi was PISSED. I don't doubt she swore. I know I couldn't be near him and NOT swear.
Joy was the first one to get up though -- she was sitting next to him and said, "I don't want to sit next to you." She and Whoopi decided to just walk off at that point.

But I watched the last segment and wondered when Whoopi was going to fall off the end of the couch. O'Reilly was obviously only there to plug his book. IMO, his only claim to fame is that he's an opinionated loudmouth, so nobody should be surprised when that's what they get... x(

37. And If You Don't Know How HE Is Going To Spin This On HIS Show........... |
|
Gee, I wonder what HIS take on all of it will be. Oh, let's see. Right of the top of my head, I'm guessing maybeeeeeeee............he'll say they ran offstage because they couldn't counter his logic with logic of their own, so they ran and "hid under their desks."
And as laughable as that explanation is............107% of his audience (we're talking about Faux News, so you know that the numbers will be inflated) will agree that he "took them to the woodshed" with an argument that they had no counter for.
Watch and see if I'm right (if you can stand it). I'll bet you a shiny new dime it's the lead story on the Bill-O The Clown show tonight.

46. Are These Guys Predictable Or What? |
|
I didn't bother to watch the show, but I just saw on my Facebook page that someone else was commenting on it. Here are the comments:
OP: Watching O'Reilly and laughing out loud...he's awesome:-))
Comment 1: I love how 2 of the hosts of the view walked out on him, and he shouldn't have apologized, because what he said was true. Those 2 hosts (Whoopie and Joy) need a reality check!
Comment 2: This behavior, intolerance of differences, from adults which reaches many households is disgraceful given the increase we are seeing in our children's aggressive intolerance of their peers leading to horrific tragedies. And to think they discuss these very issues on their show on a regular basis...they should know better!
Comment 3: I have found that when democrats can't out talk you, they get angry, take their toys and leave
Right-wingers really are simple, simple creatures. They're proof that some people actually evolve in reverse.

48. I Wish They Would Have Stayed And Showed Him Up |
|
Whoopi STARTED to counter his "Muslims killed us on 9/11" argument by bringing up that Timothy McVeigh was a Christian. But then she walked off the stage, which basically allows him and his cult of mouth-breather followers to crow that he "ran them off the stage with his flawless logic."
I would have hung around, and then taken HIS argument to another level. I would have responded by saying, "Well, Bill, all the 9/11 attackers were MEN too. So would you oppose the building of a YMCA, or some other kind of Men's Center near Ground Zero? I mean, something BESIDES all the STRIP CLUBS that are already there?"
