New Movie: "Red" leaked with no studio response
Strange thing is that the more studios try to cut down on file sharing, the harder the scene pushes back. I wonder if Summit Entertainment is going to respond, or if they are going to pretend it never happened.

4. I know what you mean. I've found lately that in order to get any kind
of response at all to my posts I have to be controversial, which I usually try not to be.

2. I'd pay to be able to rent first-run movies
I hate going to movie theatres these days. I'd much rather sit on my own comfortable couch, be able to pause whenever I want to take a break, go to the bathroom, get food, and not have to listen to people's cell phones going off or babies screaming.

Considering how much concessions cost at the theatre, I'd be willing to pay maybe $20 to do that, since that'd still be cheaper than a ticket + concessions (ticket here is $13).

5. I'd do the same
Movies here are $11.

By the time we buy the ticket, feed the DH (I don't eat anything I don't bring to the theater,) and all, we're into it for over $30.

If it were on PPV, $15-20 would be fine with me.

6. I wonder why they haven't started doing that. Netflix already has the

setup. I'm sure there's a fair amount of action from the related lobbies to keep if from happening.

7. IMO, they are too busy fighting online distribution
to see the obvious answer.
