China released murderer of Norwegian student as retaliation

This is only in Norwegian media, and will probably not make it out into world media.

Zhao Fei (26) is wanted for murder in Hungary after 21-year old Pernille Antonsen was founded murdered in a youth hostel in Budapest. They were both students. He fled to China where he was arrested by the authorities. He later admitted that he had killed Pernille Antonsen.

It seems now that on the very same day as the peace prize was announced, he was released. Keep in mind that Beijing is about 9 hours ahead of Norway, so they must have been waiting for the announcement.

I really don't know what to say to this.

1. China's government is despicable. "Global corporations" are the enemy for supporting them.
People of the world need to stop doing business with China until they clean up their act.

How sad, it is to se that petty politic can end up this way.. This is really petty attitude from the chinese government. To be that angry that they are more or less given a murderer a free pass, becouse the Nobel prize is been given to a chinese dissent, who would no other than just give China more democracy than pressent..

Even for China standard, this is just stupid, and arrogant... i would dubt that Zhao Fei would be arrested again, or put for a trial at all.. A long as he are not leaving from other nations, he is secure and can live as a free man in China.. And Pernille Antonsen would never been given the justise she deserve after mr Fei murdered her

The norwigian government should do the right thing, protest, and also maybe make some payback for this, Norway have a few chinese students who are studying at high levels.. Maybe we should send back some of them.. If Chinese want to play a dirty game, I bet the government also can play a dirty game...

Or we should do the decent thing, and let them stay.. And play the game on a level more advanced than Chinse can do it? Norway have some decent diplomats in Norway, and diplomats is there to play a game all the time...

4. I also see the release
as a slap in the face. The Chinese state has just said it is ok to kill innocent Westerners that come to China. Good work. I guess I can cancel my 2015 vacation to the world's largest rogue state. Wonder where I can buy things not "made in china"?

That sounds like a pretty stupid idea to me.

7. And that's why the PRC is one of the most despicable regimes in the world.
They're still a horrible government run by jackasses who are stuck in the 1950s.
