nbc nightly news reports on coons/o'donnell debate without mentioning who was ahead or behind |
|
equated them as two politicians lobbing charges at each other in their debate
'coons accused o'donnell of not having her facts straight'.....without comment on her facts
rather fair & balanced, i'd say

1. Gotta keep the suspense up |
|
Would you stick around for a football game that was 62-0 midway through the fourth quarter? Of course not. And NBC has lots and lots of ad time to sell. You think they're going to spill the beans about O'Donnell's failed candidacy? Who's going to watch then? Advertisers won't be happy. So they have to play the "suspense" game as if there was a doubt in the world about how badly Christine is going to get munched. They might also have to deal with some Tea Bagger backlash, and those people are not just whiny and petulant, but they're mean and ignorant.
So NBC has to keep the interest up, if only a little longer.

2. M$M: why O'Donnell is a perfectly sane candidate! |
|
Howard Dean and his scream -- bad.
Christine O'Donnell and her empty head -- GOOD!
