BREAKING: CT Finds 'Insufficient Evidence' in Ann Coulter Voter Fraud Case, Ignores Key Evidence...
(Note: Though this is breaking and exclusive, I've been informed by the mods that BRAD BLOG posts may not be posted to LBN all of a sudden because it is a "blog". So while I check on the reason for that, after years of posting to LBN when appropriate -- and frequently seeing those stories featured as the top DU headline -- I am posting this one here instead. Please rec since it won't get as many eyes here as it would otherwise in LBN. - BF)

Connecticut Election Commission Finds 'Insufficient Evidence' in Ann Coulter Voter Fraud Case But Ignored Key Evidence, Erred in Investigation
State Elections Enforcement Commission determines it 'cannot make full and fair determination', but failed to look at documented facts and even Coulter's own admissions...

The Connecticut State Election Commission announced this morning in Hartford that "it cannot make a full and fair determination of the allegations" against Ann Coulter who was alleged to have committed voter fraud twice in the state by voting illegally from her residence in New York City while being registered at her parents home in the Nutmeg State.

After a nearly inexplicable 20-month investigation, the Commission found "insufficient evidence in the present matter to substantiate the Complainant's claims."

However, The BRAD BLOG can report that, based on the Commission's five-page "Findings and Conclusions", it appears the Connecticut board either overlooked or ignored key evidence, including specific documentation of Coulter's illegal voting history in the state of Florida, as well as her own incriminating admissions about living in New York City on the Fox "News" Channel...

that flip the vote totals on the GOP-owned non-verifiable electronic voting machines so it looks like the GOP wins.

4. The lawsuit is reason for concern
But in this case, I don't think there's much chance of Brad suing DU for what he posts himself from his own blog. ;)

6. I'd think the lawsuit...
I'd think the lawsuit would be ALL THE MORE reason to allow ORIGINATORS of news content to post DIRECTLY to LBN! I'm not gonna sue DU because I posted NEWS that I wrote here, right?! Sigh...

9. Oh please
No big deal. It's the IOKIYAR Exception to Inconvenient Laws. Anytime a repressive asswipe (cf. Ann Coulter) gets caught breaking the law, they just have to invoke the "It's okay if you're a Republican" excuse, and voila! Case goes bye-bye. Fans of the Newsradio sitcom know this as the tubalcaine defense.
