The Tea Party has caused me to re-examine my own beliefs..... |
|
... for example, I may rethink my stand on having a literacy test for voting rights.

5. At least a test on the Constitution & Bull of Rights ... |
|
.... even if it's multiple choice. Most of those people have no fucking clue what those documents REALLY say.

6. Most people don't even know the phrases. |
|
Pursuit of happiness, freedom concepts not security state where laws remove joys for excess control of some group.
More perfect union, idea that the world is not yet perfect and should be improved, against the monarch status quo concept of 'everyone where they should be.'

8. Nah! Even the stupid and illiterate have the equal right to vote their ignorance |
|
It's the beauty of the system. It should be the single most compelling reason for everyone to vote. If everyone voted it would keep the stupid down to the 20% it is in fact.

12. It's not literacy that's the issue |
|
They can read, of course they can't spell for shit.
No, the problem with the TeaPartiers is they need a dose of reality. I am all for taking away their social security, their fire departments, police and any other tax payer funded entity. Oh let's not forget our National highway system that transports food from 4 or 5 major hubs in the U.S. I want them to pay cash for their medical treatment and maybe trade chickens since they romantacize the 1800's so much.
If they want to live in 3rd world America I say let them. Let's give them 3 or 4 states and build a damn fence. Oh and when they are behind their fence they can have the religious state they have always wanted.
This is the America they want. The dumb asses have not figured out that they are the 2010 slaves of the RobberBarrons.
