The joke of Federal Enforcement of California's nonexistent drug law |
|
OK, California legalizes marijuana use in some circumstances, and Holder says the Fed will continue to enforce its laws - so what? Just how many Federal Officers are there in California? Just who are they going to go out and bust and in the absence of any state law just what community's police force will assist them in the absence of tax dollars for that purpose? The only thing that continued enforcement of the Federal Laws will do is hamper the state's attempt to obtain revenue from marijuana sales.
If you ask me that's what this is all about. At the Federal end they are trying to delay the legalization until corporate power has found its way to take every dime of profit out of the enterprise. In short until the cigarette manufacturers are full prepared to step in and take over the pot industry, from cultivation to distribution. and take unheard of profits from it we won't see any Federal cooperation at all no matter what any of the states do.

1. Yeah, well, I know a med mar patient, that had feds bust him for a bicycle |
|
that they claimed was stolen. NOT. They used it as a ruse, to bust his garden. If you try to have a small home business, to continue to eat, they can use that as legal justification to enter your home, and you cannot say no. Less than as ounce of pot done, immature plants. The fools that busted him. were scolded by judge and boss, for wasting time like dumbshits.
