No debate among Wis Lt Gov candidates cuz Dems are liars

(For those that don't know...Kleefisch is quite Palinesque...Rebecca's qualifications for Lt Gov seem to be experience as a Doe-eyed tv news reader and a MOM!!! Her position on health-care is that her husband's government paid health insurance was great but that HCR is a bad idea as it threatens the quality of medical care. She promises to drive her family's mini-van about 50 miles (one-way) to work each day as Lt Gov. because she's a mom.

Now the handlers have her and are limiting opportunities for her to expose her manifest comprehension of Wisconsin's problems.)

But it won't happen, according to Jill Bader, a spokesman for Republican gubernatorial candidate Scott Walker. Because Wisconsin candidates for governor and lieutenant governor run as a team, Walker aides control Kleefisch's schedule and her public appearances.

Why no Kleefisch-Nelson throw down?

Because, Bader said, Nelson would simply behave as badly in such a debate as the Democratic candidate for governor, Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett, did in his first debate with Walker.

"As Tom Barrett proved in the first debate, the Barrett-Nelson ticket isn't interested in a discussion on how to help get government out of the way of employers so they can create 250,000 jobs," Bader said in a statement.

"They are only interested in running away from their records and using false television ads to distort Scott Walker's record."

In a Facebook entry, Kleefisch added: "Did you know that out of the 15 questions asked in the gubernatorial debate, Tom Barrett made up lies about Scott for 10 out of 15? I don't let my kids do that and I cannot expect to have a true grownup conversation with an adult who does."
