Need help on info on Ilario Pantano in NC..

Ilario Pantano is running for Congress in my district in NC. He is the United States Marine Corps second lieutenant who shot those two unarmed Iraq men and left notes on their bodies. He is challenging incumbent Democrat Mike McIntyre. I heard today that Pantano would call stray dogs in Iraq then beat them with a baseball bat. Is there anyway to find out if it is true? If this is true people need to know this. They are being forgiving about the war horrors...Why I don't know... But the dog thing if true just proves he is a sicko.
I will not be back on here until tomorrow. If anyone knows anything about this or what can be done with the info if true please let me know. Someone said it is in his court marshal. Thanks
