Chuck Todd just did an hour of cheerleading for the republicans. |
|
It was so blatently partisan both in content and voice modulation. Praising the Tea Party "enthusiasm." Thanks Chuck. Why don't you just quit MSNBC and go to work for Rupert?

1. I don't understand how anybody who has an inside look at the goings on back |
|
there could not see that the Republican party is currently destroying our country. I never understood why he became their expert, anyway.
Well the good thing is, mostly only we Dems tune in to MSNBC, so he's not converting any of us, and nobody else is listening. :hi:

5. I've Been Noticing That The Cheerleading For The Repugs Has Been Ticked Up Notches...... |
|
this last weekend. Not only on Fox but on CNN and as you've pointed out MSNBC. The campaign ad money is pouring in and if you flip the channels on your remote - they are mostly all negative ads against Dems and Dem candidates by the Repugs. I can't believe that the American people get sucked in by these ads - but I guess it works otherwise they wouldn't be pouring the money into them. We would all be better served if we shut off our TV's until after the Nov election.

10. If they pour it into ads, they can also line pockets of commentators, can't they? |
|
I seldom put much weight on Chuck's comments. He turned me off during the last election. I'm surprised he still fits in his new seat. Oh, no. That's his head that got big. My bad!

15. Did anyone see the last segment on 'This Week' yesterday about the Chilean miners. |
|
I about tossed my breakfast. It was a love fest to the benevolent capitalists and conservative Chilean politicians who graciously went out of their way to save those poor miners.
Of course, not one word was said about the horrible safety conditions in these mines that caused the cave in in the first place.
As far as I was concerned, it wasn't reporting, it was propaganda.

7. This tells you the GOP is not doing so well. The Media is working |
|
overtime to pump up Republicans. The Media would not be practically lying this am to help Republicans if they did not need it. The GOP peaked out a little while back.
Keep at it Democrats. GOTV.

14. Todd is NBC/MSNBC's political 'guru" on their payroll, so Tweets et al |
|
are forced to have him on.
He's just like Buchanan who receives a salary rather than a per-appearance fee. They're exempt employees who cost NBC no more $ to put on the tube for 100 hours than it costs for one hour.

Any of the straight shooters are unable to get GOP interviews. And Rethugs will continue to starve all but FOX.

19. Tea Party backers (David Koch, etc) buy LOTS of TV Ads |
|
Follow the money.
If you don't think the people financing the tea party aren't watching how the stations they buy ads on are covering them, you have another think coming.
