Bank(ster) of America's foreclosure freeze is already over
Edited on Mon Oct-18-10 06:04 PM by marmar

WASHINGTON—The pace of U.S. home foreclosures may not slow much after all.

Bank of America said Monday that it plans to resume seizing more than 100,000 homes in 23 states next week. It said it has a legal right to foreclose despite accusations that documents used in the process were flawed.

Other major leaders have yet to say whether they will follow suit and resume foreclosures in the states that require a judge's approval. But analysts expect the move by the nation's biggest bank will give way to an industrywide effort to push ahead with a wave of foreclosures that have depressed the housing market.

Banking analyst Nancy Bush of NAB Research said other lenders are likely to follow because foreclosure practices were similar from bank to bank.

"We'll be back to square one by the end of the year," she said. ..........(more)

3. Everyone should demand to see the note...

Dont dare allow one of the criminal banks to foreclose on your home unless they can produce the proper chain of title.

And dont dare leave before you get your time with the judge.

The majority of BofA's loans are fraudulent because their purchase of Countrywide, the worst of the worst.

You can also demand to see the note if you are not being foreclosed on. Chances are, you're paying your mortgage payments to a bank that does not own the rights to your property.

Aint fraud fun!!

You're not Anti-Recovery are you?

This Pathological Hating Of America has to stop.

Please, start seeing five fingers before it's too late.

Praise Marty Moose.

Seriously though, no one REALLY thought this was going to last, did they?

When you're country is run by criminals, it's a bit difficult to take ANYTHING that is said or proposed seriously.

8. You and me both.
I see a dead country.

And, for the most part, no one seems to want to see, or be bothered to care.

6. It's not over by a long-shot.
It isn't BoA's decision, even though they think it is.
