Edited on Mon Oct-18-10 08:32 PM by G_j
(for breaking the law by locking up a U.S. citizen as a witness, Holder claiming Ashcroft has immunity) I agree with what Jonathan Turley. This is disgusting!!

on edit, found, WSJ poll:

Should former Attorney General John Ashcroft be sued for locking up a U.S. citizen as a witness?

that I was unaware of.
I thought I'd heard it all, but my jaw is still on the floor.
What's next? An invitation to Henry Kissinger and Richard Holbrooke to keynote a major State Department conference on the history of the Indochina war?

no wait,

until this country believes this, we will gently
or quickly slide down the slope to oblivion.

3. Holder had been very neocon friendly, in my opinion
he's upheld most of their bogus legislation, only rejecting a token fight now and again.

5. What are they doing in the WH? War criminals can be sued but not in
the good old USA. Have these people ever heard of Nuremberg?

6. K&R Arguing that anyone is above the law is disgusting
Does anyone in this administration know anything about the rule of law?
They act as if they believe it is a nation of men.

12. By now, I'm pretty sure that restoring the rule of law was never really intended
We might well have seen efforts in that direction fail, but it would have been nice just to see efforts in that direction at all.
